Cashew Butter Cookies Santa Himself Would Actually Eat

We know you all need something TASTY that’s guilt free for the holidays, so why not take a crack at these bad boys!


These cookies are GRAIN FREE, DAIRY FREE, GLUTEN FREE,  and VEGAN… just in time for the holidays. I originally found this recipe on @shutthekaleup, but I modified the recipe a tad just because the ingredients were a little more pricy than I would have wanted, and it’s also fun to put your own little twist on a new recipe, you know? And these cashew butter cookies ended up turning out amazing!

Follow this recipe for the best cashew butter cookies you’ve ever put in your mouth:

  • 1 cup of cashew butter (Whole Foods brand used)
  • 1 cup of maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon of @bobsredmill baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • Dash of pink Himalayan salt
  • 2 cups of coconut flour – any brand will do
  • & I added in some cacao nibs for a little chocolate… ( got a little bit of a sweet tooth).
  • Also added: cinnamon just to get more of a spicy flavor!

OVERALL, THEY ARE AMAZING and I would definitely recommend making some, especially if your looking for a delicious health conscious treat.
