I’m so excited to share my perfectly green breakfast smoothie!
I have, dare I say, perfected it!
If you’re thinking, “ew gross, a green smoothie for breakfast! It must taste discussing.”—I am about to change you for the better.
Getting your greens in is SO important and I love to find sneaky ways to get them in during the day. Whether that means disguising them in a green smoothie or having my eggs on a bed of spinach instead of toast in the morning, I’m all about the leafy greens.
Greens (spinach, kale, etc) have tons of vitamins and iron that are vital to a healthy body that we might be missing otherwise. Just trust me.
Anyways onto the recipe! I promise you cannot taste anything green in here!!
The reason I call this a perfect smoothie is because it is full of healthy fats, protein and fiber that will keep you full for a very long time. Plus, we got in 2 sneaky serving of greens, spinach & a green powder!
This is definitely my go to for a quick breakfast in the morning.
