If you’re looking for a serious, no bullsh*t, intense workout, Bach H.I.I.T. is going to be your go-to.
Bach (pronounced “batch”) pulls from its New Zealand origins in both aesthetic and in its workout philosophy. It’s a gorgeous studio space that uses a minimalist approach. You’ll totally fall in love with it from the looks alone.
Whether you’re taking one of their H.I.I.T. classes, one of their BodyWork classes (think intense yoga combined with pilates), or a hybrid class (their 30/30 is their signature class!), you’re sure to get a major workout this holiday season. You’ll be constantly moving and pushing your body right alongside your classmates (who act more like your teammates).
This is the perfect fitness class for you if you want to work off a few extra holiday pounds!

You’ll have plenty of options from spin, barre, TRX, and even Pound classes!
Their high energy spin classes have great music and even better instructors who keep you pumped throughout the entire workout.
Barre will keep your entire body strengthened and toned by using small, controlled movements based off of ballet techniques.
TRX, a form of suspension training, uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability.
And if you’re looking for a unique workout in Atlanta this holiday season, you’ll want to check out their Pound classes.
